Log in your CROV Dropshipping account, find the products you want to order, add those products to the cart, and checkout.
Find the products you want to order >> click "Add to Cart" & add it to the shopping cart
Click the cart sign >> there is a sidebar with all products you have added showing infront of your eyes >> check the products you want to pay for >> click "Processed to Checkout" button >> fill in your shipping address & billing address >> click "Pay Now" to complete your payment
If your payment fails via credit card:
1. Use another card and try again
2. Change payment method
3. Contact us as soon as possible

Yes. Shipping and tracking information will be available after your parcel has been shipped.
If you have authorized your store to CROV Dropshipping & actived your store in your CROV Dropshipping backend, the tracking number would be automatically synced to your online store together with the tracking info.
And you can also find the tracking number & info of your store orders under the tab of "Tracking No. Record" in your CROV Dropshipping backend.
If you have never integrated your store with CROV Dropshipping, you could find the tracking number and detail under "Purchase Orders" tab.
Click "Purchase Orders" to the purchase orders page >> find the order you want to track & click "View Details" >> look at the "Fullfillment Information"
Step 1 Log in your CROV Dropshipping account >> click “Purchase Orders” in the left sidebar >> click “Place Multiple Orders” >> go to Place Multiple Orders page >> click “Download” to download a order template
Step 2 Get a order template >> read explain of each column carefully >> fill in your store order detail to the template
Step 3 Back your CROV Dropshipping account >> click “Choose File” to choose the order file you made just now>> click “Upload & Preview” to upload the order file and bulk pay for your orders
If you would like to place orders and pay automatically by CROV Dropshipping system, you have to do something in advance.
Authorize & connect your store to CROV Dropshipping >> the status of your store is "activated" & "valid"
Then set as below:
Under the "Stores" Tab >> click "Setting" to setting page >> choose "Purchase Automatically" >> fill in the minimum profit (if the profit of CROV Dropshipping order price compared to your online store order price was over the minimum profit you had setted, your orders would be placed & paid automatically by system on CROV Dropshipping) >> add & fill in your billing address to assure the payment by system
Like the screenshot above, it was setted 20% minimum profit so that all orders which profit (CROV Dropshipping order price compared to online store order price) over or equal with 20% will be placed automatically by system.
Step 1 Please find the products that supplier has set pick-up price
Step 2 Click the blue words "pick up with a prepaid lable" to "Place Multiple Orders" page >> click "Download Pickup Template" to get the pick-up order template >> fill your pick-up order info in pick-up order template >> click the button of "Choose File" to upload the template
Step 3 Template uploaded successfully >> directly go to order review page & upload your prepaid shipping label >> double check your billing address & shipping address >> click "Pay Now" to pay for your order
If you have authorized/connected your online stores to CROV Dropshipping, your orders would be synced to your CROV Dropshipping account automatically under "Store Orders" tab.
You can see all your connected stores together with all orders belong to each stores here. And you can place your orders easily by click the button "Purchase Order".
After you placed and paid your orders under "Store Orders" tab, you could see your orders record under "Purchase Orders" tab.
When tracking number uploaded by supplier, it could be synced to track under "Tracking No. Record" tab.
