  • Will I get a tracking number & info when my parcel has been shipped?

    Yes. Shipping and tracking information will be available after your parcel has been shipped. 

    If you have authorized your store to CROV Dropshipping & actived your store in your CROV Dropshipping backend, the tracking number would be automatically synced to your online store together with the tracking info.

    And you can also find the tracking number & info of your store orders under the tab of "Tracking No. Record"  in your CROV Dropshipping backend.

    If you have never integrated your store with CROV Dropshipping, you could find the tracking number and detail under "Purchase Orders" tab.

    Click "Purchase Orders" to the purchase orders page >> find the order you want to track & click "View Details" >> look at the "Fullfillment Information"

     

  • Can I have access to product pricing before signing up for an account?

    Yes. Browse all products and product pricing before signing up for an account.

  • How can I get product information and images?

    There are two ways to access product information and images:

    1. Go to product pages and click "Add to Inventory List" >> go to inventory list page and download or bulk download product infomation and images URL in an excel file.

    2. Go to product pages and click "Add to Inventory List," then go to Inventory List page clicking "List it to Store" to list products to your store.

    3. Go to product pages and click "List it to Store" to directly list products to your store or "Download" to download products info in excel file.

     

  • Can I view all product inventory information?

    Yes. You can view all product inventory information at our site dropshipping.crov.com without signing up for an account.

    Look at where the inventory info you could find:

    1. Without signing up your account

    2. Have logged in your account

     

  • How do I set my resell price when listing products to my store?

    Our system has been setted adding 20% profit when you listing products to your online store.

    You can increase profit as you wish. 

    As the screenshot showing below:

    Price on CROV Dropshipping:

    Item price: $67.11; Shipping fee: $35.35; Total price of this item: $102.46

    The Sales Price is the price you sell on your online store and has been added 20% profit based on the price $102.46

    If you think 20% profit is lower that you can handle set your profit.

    Do as below:

    Click the exlamation mark >> set your profit & click "Apply" button >> click "List Now" & listing the product to your online store

     

  • How to know products info update?

    You can refer products info update under "Updated Info" tab in the left sidebar of your CROV Dropshipping account.

    There is 4 types of products info update for your reference, price, inventory, status, new variant. And 4 time periods alongside for you to choose to know the products info change.

    Today: look at last 24 hours products info update  

    Last 7 days: look at last 7 days products info update  

    Last 30 days: look at last 30 days products info update  

    Last 90 days: look at last 90 days products info update  

    Listed: info update of products that you have listed to your online store

    Downloaded: info update of products that you have downloaded to your online store

    Downloaded Listed: info update of products that you have downloaded & listed to your online store

     

  • I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

    Your password can be reset on the log in page by clicking "Forgot Password" to access the password reset page.

    Enter your e-mail address and verification code, and a password reset link will be sent to your e-mail address. Use the link within the e-mail to set your new password, and that's it!

     

     

     

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?
